Before SubWallet, our founding team operated the Polkadot and Web3 Vietnam community with the view to educating the community about Polkadot and Substrate. We often heard members complain how the Polkadot {.js} wallet was difficult to use, a pain point that we ourselves felt very deeply. That is why we decided to build SubWallet to bring better UI/UX for users and thus making the Polkadot ecosystem easier to access. With that in mind, we pay attention to user experience in every design. How do we simplify the process? Is it the most optimal way? Can it be further abstracted? Those are the questions our product team constantly asks. Besides, we take feedback from the community seriously and apply any change appropriate to further smoothen the user experience. And to further streamline user experience, we provide a comprehensive wallet solution that includes browser extension, mobile app and web dashboard. 2. What are your top tips for users to ensure security with crypto wallets? Several tips to ensure security: Keep your seed phrase safe. Never disclose it to anyone, and best to keep it away from an Internet-connected device. If you hold a large amount of assets in your wallet, consider storing it in a hardware or air-gapped wallet. SubWallet currently supports Ledger, Keystone and Polkadot Vault. Always choose a non-custodial wallet. SubWallet has been independently audited twice, doesn’t track user data, is fully open source, and integrates phishing prevention lists. Last but not least, never trust, always verify! Do your own research before signing any transaction with your wallet. 3. What is SubWallet's current traction? Up until September 2023, SubWallet has recorded 100K+ installs with 60K+ weekly active users across platforms. We currently support 380+ tokens on 150+ networks as well as 70+ dApps. 4.
